About this volunteering opportunity

Lighthouse is looking for volunteer Gallery Assistants to support an interactive/immersive exhibition in October as part of Brighton Digital Festival.

The Gallery Assistants will help us manage the exhibition space from 11th-20th October 2019. You will be looking after the works and all visitors, greeting the public, helping them with VR headsets, and ensuring that health and safety procedures are being followed in the venue. Training will be provided. The shifts are from 12-6pm with 30 minutes break.

About this organisation

Lighthouse is a Brighton-based arts charity specialising in connecting new developments in art, technology, science and society.

We provide an accessible programme of training, talks, exhibitions, commissions and education initiatives.

The work that we do is funded by a blend of public, private and commercial income. We work with a range of partners and sponsors.

Our central Brighton venue can be hired for meetings, workshops or screenings. When you hire one of our spaces you are supporting our artistic programme and talent development schemes.
