About this volunteering opportunity

General administrative tasks, such as letter writing, filing, coping etc.
Assisting the Operations Manager with adhoc projects and research tasks
Ordering stationary and supplies
Building maintainance
Errands, such as post office run

Ideally looking for a commitment of 5 hours plus a week, can be fairly flexible with days/times offered.

Induction, training and support offered with this opportunity

A full induction will take place with all volunteers and support will be provided in the form of regular meetings with the Operations Manager.

Skills or experience needed for this opportunity

Good IT Skills including experience of using Word and Outlook
Good written and verbal communications skills
Commitment to working as part of team and ability to work on own initiative
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to maintain confidentiality
