Community Base staff
Julia Reddaway is Community Base's interim director, covering our director's sabbatical leave between January and October 2011. Julia has extensive experience of project management and development in the local public and voluntary sector
Annette Moss has been Community Base’s building manager since 2003. Annette has extensive experience of building maintenance in the private and voluntary sector including the supervision of large refurbishment projects
Bridie Phillips has been Community Base’s receptionist/administrator since November 2010. Bridie has a range of experience working with local and international charities. She has an undergraduate degree in international development and a postgraduate degree in public health research
Colin Chalmers stepped down as director in November 2011 after 14 years of commitment to making Community Base a thriving home for voluntary groups. The board of trustees would like to thank him for his excellent work and outstanding contribution in setting up and developing its services. During his time Community Base has become renowned as a home for independent community support, helping thousands of people in our city every year.
Locum staff are employed to cover staff leave and sickness and for particular tasks.
