WE ASKED GROUPS WHAT ONE CHANGE WOULD IMPROVE THINGS THE MOST FOR THEM AT COMMUNITY BASE
•  Phones which can be used handsfree/without headphones as long calls give me a neck ache
•  Letting us grow flowers in the flower boxes/pots outside our windows. This will encourage more people to quite smoking and it will also increase our creative mood. It will also help us if we are allowed to use our own net curtains instead of blinds.
•  Improve parking facilities if possible.
•  Heating
•  There being a more harmonious working relationship/less tension/worry around issues between licencees and CB director
•  Focus on environmental issues kept up
•  Parking van in car park
•  Please don't do monitoring in calendar years
•  Improved community spirit and integration
•  Trust in communications
•  Effective heating in conference room
•  Nothing major. A second photocopier would be handy when the main one breaks down.
•  Improving the card locks so we don't have to swipe cards several times!
•  Just the heating as our office is often cold and the phone system!
•  Solutions for servicing, and general improvements to meeting rooms to make them more user-friendly and pleasant.

WE ASKED GROUPS IF THEY HAD ANY GENERAL COMMENTS ABOUT THE RUNNING OF COMMUNITY BASE
•  We love it here!
•  We wish that all the countries in the world will one day be governed as democratically as Community Base
•  I feel that we get a very good service and good value for money. Keep it up!
•  A friendly and welcoming place
•  V good
•  Happy new year!
•  Heating and lighting have been ongoing problems - CB manager very supportive but slow processing solution.
•  Very responsive. Can't believe how fast repairs/problems are sorted (once we remember to report them!!)
•  Deborah and Annette are lovely, Colin too of course!
•  Very impressed.
