Community Base is normally accessible by access card every day between the hours of 7.30am and 10.30pm. The car park is normally accessible between 7am and 11pm.
Community Base will not be normally be accessible between 10.30pm and 7.30am and no one should normally be in the building during these hours. If a participant group or group using a south wing meeting room wants exceptional access to Community Base during these hours a request should be made to the receptionistadministrator giving the reason why exceptional access is necessary.
Community Base reception will normally be open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Community Base reception will be closed on public holidays and from 25th December until 1st January unless 25th December is a Sunday (in which case it will be closed until 2nd January) or is a Saturday (in which case it will be closed until 3rd January).
This policy will be reviewed by the board of trustees at least every calendar year.
