Our plans for 2009 to 2014

Community Base’s development plan for 2009 to 2014 states our commitment during these years to

• continue to provide high quality affordable accommodation and services to local community and voluntary groups
• improve the building we occupy within the financial constraints imposed on us
• ensure the long-term financial viability of our charity in order to sustain our services
• reduce the carbon footprint of our activities as far as possible
• develop our services in response to local need
• work with others to promote positive community and voluntary action
• defend the existence of an independent and diverse community and voluntary sector as an essential element of a democratic society.
