Our entryphone
The entryphone at the South Wing entrance allows people to phone participant groups and people meeting in the South Wing meeting rooms. There is a list of extension numbers for groups and South Wing meeting rooms at the South Wing entrance.
If someone rings your office from the entryphone you can open the South Wing entrance for them by pressing the door release button on your phone but you will need to open a door to the South Wing stairway to your visitor. If someone you don't know rings you on the entryphone asking to be let in you should politely refuse and ask them to ring someone they know.
