You will have the confidence and experience to work independently, whilst being part of a proactive team providing support and time to an allocated group of clients throughout the Mid Sussex and Brighton & Hove area. You will have specific responsibility as the lead key worker for up to 4 clients, and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your role is to effectively promote clients personal recovery, and work in partnership with clients, other professionals, families and carers, to plan, implement and evaluate individual support plans.
