You can view the minutes of meetings of the Community Base board of trustees from 2006 onwards here. Minutes are posted once they are approved by a subsequent meeting of the board with the director communicating major decisions affecting participant groups to the Community Base email group soon after board meetings. The board normally meets every other month.
Items that refer to confidential matters involving individuals, individual participant groups or outside organisations are not displayed. Reports to the board and correspondence between the board and others is confidential to the board. Full minutes are kept by the director.
